Dear Members ,

Due to the inclement weather forecast for this Sunday the event has been postponed until the following Sunday, the 17th December. The committee is keen to hold the event before the end of the year and it was fortunate that both the golf course and Baudin room were available to use on the 17th December.

Please note the following:

The booking sheet for the 10th December has been cancelled. Please re-book using the sheets on the notice board in the Bistro if you are playing golf or have a partner or guest who will be attending lunch.

Bookings will close by 11am on Thursday 14th so that we can confirm numbers for our catering requirements and post the new booking sheet on the website.

Start times will still be 8.30am meet for a 9.00am shotgun start.

Entry fee for golf and lunch is $25.00. Guests lunch is also $25.00. It is a CASH ONLY payment for golf and lunch.

We understand that many people may have prior commitments so close to Xmas but given the likely adverse weather this weekend we felt re-scheduling now was the best move. For those that can attend this popular club event we look forward to seeing you there.
