The finals of our 2024 Matchplay Championships were played yesterday in perfect weather conditions.

We wish to congratulate our 2024 Club Champions:

Club Champion – Pete Jelf (defeated Simon Bryant 6/5)

B Grade Champion – Bob Simunsen (defeated Stuart “Mickey” McPherson 1 up)

C Grade Champion – Peter Ashforth (defeated Mal Yeardley 4/3)

Ladies Champion – Karen Parsons (defeated Cynthia Golding 3/2)

Not forgetting our runners up, Simon Bryant, Stuart McPherson, Mal Yeardley and Cynthia Golding.  Well done for making it through to the final round.  A great achievement.
